CLEAR VISION COACHING

Sandra Swenson-Scott has over 25 years as an educator/trainer and as a business professional in the fields of human resource development and business management. She has been a Certified Life and Business Coach since 2002 when she finished her coach training and certification through IPEC (Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching), a training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She then went on to earn the Professional Certified Coach credential through the ICF in 2007. In addition to her own coaching practice at Clear Vision Coaching, in the last five years she has also served as a coach trainer for IPEC’s live modules.

Sandra’s mission is to assist women entrepreneurs in uncovering their true purpose and passions, bringing joy into their daily lives, balancing their energy, getting in touch with their spirituality, bringing their daily activities in alignment with their values, and creating a profession that manifests their passion.  Sandra believes that each of us can only grow into the grandest vision we hold for ourselves, so her first step in working with clients is to assist them in identifying their own vision. She works with her clients to help them uncover who they are spiritually, mentally, and emotionally so they can navigate change and consciously co-create their own lives. Once the inner thoughts, emotions, and motivators are identified, the client is ready to move forward into creating goals, priorities, and action plans.

In addition to her individual coaching sessions, Sandra also conducts women’s workshops on identifying purpose and passion, prioritizing, goal setting, time/energy/stress management, leadership skills and using coaching skills for better communication and interpersonal relationships. In addition, she offers coaching in the workplace to assist in changing the workplace environment to be more creative, supportive, enjoyable, and productive for employees. Coaching can help employees embrace change, acknowledge other people’s points of view, appreciate and nurture relationships, listen without judgment, feel confident in their own contributions, work co-operatively, focus on solutions, and work towards shared goals. Business leaders understand that for an organization to be successful it must help its employees grow, develop, and gain balance in their personal and professional lives. Business coaching is an advanced approach to helping develop individuals, and organizations, to reach their highest potential.

Sandra is also serving as the 2009-2010 NAWBO-Sacramento Board Secretary.
