On October 15, 2009 the Sacramento Valley Chapter of NAWBO will celebrate its 12^th annual Outstanding Women Leaders(OWL) Awards Banquet at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West at 6p.m.  Kitty O’Neal a local radio personality will preside as Mistress of Ceremonies as she has done since the inception of the awards. This is our signature event of the year and we would like you to join us in support of this event which will honor not only women business owners but also women who are leaders in the business community in the Sacramento region.
