Progress Mediation’s mission is to effectively move people forward from conflict to resolution by providing quality, comprehensive mediation services for family/interpersonal matters such as dissolution of marriage/separation, custody, elder care, family business matters, and other family relationship disputes.
Mediation fosters communication and cooperation between parties and gives them a private and confidential means to settle their disputes. It provides a better way to resolve conflict that is less stressful and less expensive than the alternative of the often lengthy litigation process. It is the philosophy of Progress Mediation to assist parties in conflict resolve their disputes so that they can make progress and move forward with their lives.
Nancy Milton has been a mediator since 1991 and has over 150 hours of mediation training. She has been a member of State Bar of California since 1994. She is a member of the mediation panels of the Third District Court of Appeal, Sacramento County Superior Court and Yolo County Superior Court. She is also a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, National Association for Community Mediation, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
