Kathy Loder is the CFO and owner of Loder Construction Inc.

Loder Construction Inc. is a general contracting and construction management company specializing in commercial construction. We have served Sacramento County, Placer County and other areas in Northern California since 1995. Our clients needs range from tenant improvements to ground up construction and have included national corporate franchises as well as private business owners. Project experience includes all levels of construction for retail, office suites, restaurants, and mall facilities. We are familiar with all local conditions, government approval processes, and all permit requirements.

Kathy has controlled the financial division since the founding of Loder Construction Inc. She has also developed and trained the project management division, facilitates weekly marketing and financial outlook meetings and has also assisted with marketing from time to time. With more than 25 years of financial experience, Mrs. Loder has made timely decisions that have proved profitable even in a tough economy. Recently she has become the majority owner and is looking in new directions to expand her already profitable business.
