January Meeting

January’s meeting will be held Thursday, January 20th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Doubeltree Hotel in Sacramento. Cost is $15 prepaid for members and non-members until January 17th – $18 for members/$20 non-members at the door. Light appetizers and wine will be served.

Meet and mix with your business peers at NAWBO’s mixer. Our meeting will be focused on our chapter’s Philanthropy Partner for 2011.

Joining us will be representatives from our selected philanthropy partner for 2011, Opening Doors, Inc. Debra DeBondt will speak about their organization’s history, impact and place in the Sacramento Community. Members and guests will be encouraged to bring donations of items specified by Opening Doors’ “Wish List.” You may also bring a tax deductible cash donation. We will have donor forms to fill out.

Quarterly Lunch with the President

Join Sacramento Valley chapter president, Paula Lee, and other members of the leadership team for a casual lunch gathering. Review past and upcoming NAWBO events, announcements, give feedback and more. All members, guests, and non-members are welcome with registration.

Pre-registration is required. This event is $25 for members / $30 for non-members by Thursday, January 20th and $5 more thereafter.

December Mixer

In the holiday spirit of giving, our meeting will be focused on our chapter’s Philanthropy Partners for 2010 and also 2011.   Our 2010 partner, Women’s Empowerment, will be on hand to receive our final contribution from our 2010 fundraising efforts and to let us know how their organization has progressed over the last year and what impact they hope to have in the coming year.
