This event includes a Procurement Expo & Networking Mixer on Monday May 10th from 3-6:30 pm, and a six-hour conference and luncheon with legislators from the Women’s Caucus as well as issues experts covering a wide variety of topics critical to business and economic growth for the state on Tuesday, May 11th. The Summit concludes with afternoon visits with legislators at the Capitol building.

Voted Positions: President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer

As the Immediate Past-President of our Chapter, it is my duty and pleasure to manage the elections of the 2010-2011 Chapter Officers.  Nominating our Chapter Officers is a critical task that will assist us in continuing to grow our Chapter and build on the relationships we have developed to move us forward.

Pursuant to our by-laws, our elected Chapter Officers include a President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer.  This slate of officers is very important to continuing the momentum our Chapter has built over the past couple of years.  Serving in a leadership position is a very rewarding experience.  We need to continue to have very strong leaders to assist the Chapter in continuing our successful endeavors. NAWBO/Wells Fargo Trailblazer Award

In 2002, Wells Fargo and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) established the NAWBO/Wells Fargo Trailblazer Award to honor and celebrate the nation’s leading women business owners. Three winners receive nationwide recognition, $5000 and are physically recognized during NAWBO’s national conference.

2010 Philanthropy Partners Program

One of NAWBO Sacramento’s primary goals is to give back to the women of our community.
